Find and manage your websites and pages

Last checked October 21, 2026

Where your websites live, how to tell which pages are live, and where each website setting is.

This is your map of Sites: how to find a page, see whether it's live, copy it, and change the settings that apply to the whole website.

Before you start

  • Time: 5 minutes to look around.
  • Good to know: opening tabs and menus changes nothing. Delete, Duplicate and saved settings do.

Find a website and its pages

  1. In the sidebar, click Sites. Websites is open by default.
  2. If you use folders, click a folder chip to filter, or All to see every website. Add Folder creates a new one.
  3. On the website's card, click ⋯ and choose Settings. The website opens with the tabs Pages, Analytics, General, Domain, Code and Advanced.
  4. The Pages tab shows one card per page. Look at the badge in the top right corner of each:
    • Published: live for visitors.
    • Draft: not on your live site, even if it looks finished.
  5. To open a page in the builder, hover its card and click Edit.

The website card menu also has Edit Website, Duplicate, Move to Folder and Delete (in red). Only use Delete when you're sure.

Copy a page

Copying an existing page is the fastest way to build a new one in the same style.

  1. On the Pages tab, open the page card's More actions menu.
  2. Choose Duplicate Page for a copy in the same website, or Copy to Another Website.
  3. Open the copy, then More actions > Page Settings to give it a new title and slug. Slugs must be unique.
  4. Edit the copy and publish it when it's ready.

Website settings

The tabs next to Pages hold settings for the whole website.

Tab What's there
Analytics The last 30 days of Page Views, Unique Visitors, Submissions and Conversion Rate, plus a traffic trend, top pages and top sources. See See your website traffic and conversions.
General Name, Path, Favicon URL (the little icon in the browser tab) and Chat Widget.
Domain Which of your domains this website uses. See Connect your website domain.
Code Head Tracking Code, Body Tracking Code, Footer Code and Analytics Tracking Code. Code here runs on every page. See Page settings, search and code.
Advanced Payment Mode, Require Credit Card (for $0 purchases), Image Optimization, Optimize Javascript and GDPR Compliant Fonts.

Payment Mode starts on Test

If you sell from a page on this website, Payment Mode on the Advanced tab must be switched to live before real cards go through. The screen says it plainly: "To accept payments in live mode through your connected payment providers, enable this option." Turn it on, click Save Settings, then run a small real purchase to check.

See what changed and when

The Activity Log tab on Sites lists recent changes to your websites and pages, newest first, with who made each change. Changes the system made show System. It keeps about the last 50 entries and has no search or filters.

For one page's history, use Version History in the builder. See Bring back an earlier version of a page.

Check it worked

  • The Pages tab shows the pages you expect, with the right Draft or Published badge.
  • General shows the right Name.

If something's off

  • You can't find a website: click All in the folder chips. It may be in a folder.
  • A page looks finished but visitors can't see it: its badge says Draft. Open it and click Publish.
  • A page you know was live now says Draft or shows "page not found": someone may have clicked the green Published button, which unpublishes. See Edit and publish a page without taking it offline.
  • Sites isn't in your sidebar: your role may not include it. Ask the workspace owner, or send us a request.
