Edit and publish a page without taking it offline
How saving and publishing work in the page builder, and the one button that unpublishes your page by accident.
On a page that's already live, your changes go live when they save. On a new or draft page, nobody sees it until you publish. Here's the safe routine, and the one button to leave alone.

The green Published button is a switch, not a save button
On a live page, the button at the top right says Published. Clicking it unpublishes the page, and visitors get a "page not found" error until you turn it back on. To save your work, use the Save button (the disk icon just to its left).
Edit a page that's already live
- Open the page. Go to Sites > the website's ⋯ > Settings. On the Pages tab, hover the page card and click Edit.
- Make your changes. The builder saves as you go. Autosave on shows at the top left, and a small note at the bottom right may say "Autosaving in 1s". You can click Save now there.
- Click Save (the disk icon at the top right) before you leave the page.
- Check the live page in a private browser window and refresh. Your change should be there.
Publish a new page
- Build the page. It stays a Draft while you work, so visitors can't see it.
- When it's ready, click Publish at the top right. The button changes to Published.
- Open the page's address in a private window to confirm it loads.
Check it worked
- The live page shows your change in a private window.
- In your website's Pages list, the page card says Published, not Draft.
If something's off
- "Page not found" after editing: the page got unpublished, usually by clicking Published. Open the page and click Publish.
- The live page still shows the old version: see My live page doesn't match the editor.
- You want an earlier version back: open the More menu (three dots, top right) and choose Version History. Preview a version, restore it, then click Save.
- The builder says "This page did not finish loading": Flourivate probably updated. Do a hard refresh (hold Shift and click reload).
