Make your booking page look like your brand

Last reviewed October 21, 2026

Choose a layout, colors, background and card style for each session's booking page, then preview it before you share it.

Each session type has its own booking page. When you're done, it will match your website and feel like part of your practice, not a generic scheduler.

Before you start

  • Time: 10 minutes per session type.
  • You need: your brand color as a hex code (like #2F5D50), and a background image if you want one. Your brand colors are in your brand guide, or see Brand your workspace.
  • The session type already exists. See Create a session type.

Steps

  1. Go to Calendar > Services and click Edit on the session type.
  2. Open the Theme tab.
  3. Under Page Layout, click a layout. The selected one is outlined. Click Show Preview to see it.
  4. Under Colors, set:
    • Primary Color: buttons, the selected date and the accent bar. Use your main brand color.
    • Page Background: the color behind everything. A soft, light color is easiest to read.
  5. Optional: under Background Image, click Upload / Select or paste an image address.
  6. Pick a Card Style: Default (shadow and border), Flat (border only) or Glass (frosted).
  7. Optional: under Booking Confirmation, turn the switch on if you want to set the confirmation page's colors yourself. Off, it follows your brand.
  8. Click Save Theme.
  9. Back on the General tab, check Hide "Powered by" branding is on, then click Save Changes.

Which layout to pick

Layout Good for
Left Content + Right Booking A warm description beside the calendar. A good default.
Minimal Centered Short, simple calls like a free intro chat.
Split Hero When you have a strong photo of yourself or your space.
Top Info + Centered Booking Longer descriptions, read first, then book.
Classic Three Panel Info, dates and times side by side on wide screens.
Right Sidebar, Full-Width Header, Card Stack, Two-Column Magazine Try them in the preview if the others don't feel right.

Whichever you choose, check it on your phone. Most clients book from one.

Check it worked

  1. On Services, click Open booking link on the session card.
  2. The page opens in a new tab showing Select a Date & Time in your layout and colors. Don't pick a time unless you mean to book.
  3. If the booking form is embedded on your website, open that page in a private window and check it matches.

If something's off

  • Your changes don't show: click Save Theme, then reload the preview.
  • Text is hard to read: your Page Background is too close to the text color. Choose a lighter or darker background.
  • You changed one session but not the others: each session type has its own Theme tab. Repeat the steps for each one.
  • The embedded form is cut off on your website: it needs more height. Send us the page and we'll adjust it.
  • "Powered by" still shows: turn on Hide "Powered by" branding on the General tab and click Save Changes.
