Brand your workspace: logos, colors, fonts

Last checked October 20, 2026

Upload your logos and set your colors once, so your pages, portal and workspace all look like your practice.

Before you start

  • Time: 10 minutes.
  • Have ready:
    • Your main logo for light backgrounds (dark lettering), PNG or SVG, wide (about 4 to 1, for example 480 x 120 pixels), transparent background. The client portal logo must be under 500 KB.
    • A version for dark backgrounds (light or white lettering). Optional, but it makes dark mode look right.
    • Your brand colors as hex codes (like #2F7A6D). If you're not sure, the Import Brand From Website tool can pull them from your current site.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Branding.
  2. Colors tab. Set:
    • Primary Color: buttons and links. Choose one dark enough for white text.
    • Secondary, Accent and Tertiary: supporting colors.
    • Text Color and Background Color: most practices use a near-black navy and a soft white or cream.
  3. Logos tab. Click Replace under Main Logo and upload your light-background logo. Then do the same under Dark Mode Logo.
  4. Typography tab. Pick your heading and body fonts.
  5. Click Save Changes at the top right.

The Live Preview on the right shows your logo, colors and buttons as you go.

Shortcut

Paste your current website address into Import Brand From Website and click Import. Check what it picks and adjust.

Your portal has its own branding

Your client portal uses its own logo, color and name, set in Learning > Manage > Portal. See Set up your client portal.

If something's off

  • Your logo disappears in dark mode: upload a Dark Mode Logo with light lettering.
  • Buttons are hard to read: your Primary Color is too light for white text. Darken it.
