Connect your other tools (integrations)
What you can connect to Flourivate, where each connection lives, and how to tell whether it's working.
Integrations link Flourivate to the other accounts you already use, like Stripe, Google and your social media. This page is the map. Each connection has its own guide where one exists.
Before you start
- Time: a few minutes to look around. Each connection takes 5 to 15 minutes.
- You need: the sign-in for each account you want to connect. Connect them yourself. Never send passwords or keys to anyone, us included.
- Good news: email, text messaging and AI work in Flourivate without connecting anything. We provide those for you.
Find your integrations
- Go to Settings > Integrations (it's also in Quick access at the top of Settings).
- Pick a tab: Communication, Payments, Marketing, Analytics or Automation.
- Each row shows what you can do next: Setup, Connect or Manage, or a badge like Connected, Beta or Coming soon.
What to connect, and where
| You want to | Where | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Take card payments | Payments tab > Stripe | Connect Stripe, live and test mode |
| Choose which provider takes each payment | Payments tab > Manage payment routing | Choose where payments go |
| Sync bookings with Google Calendar | Calendar > Sync | Sync with Google Calendar |
| Post to social media | Marketing tab > the account's gear icon > Manage Social Connections | |
| Send your workspace's events to another app | Settings > API & Webhooks | API keys and webhooks |
PayPal and other processors
The Payments tab also lists PayPal and Paddle (Workspace). They need your own developer app details, so talk to us before you connect one. Square, Authorize.Net, Adyen and QuickBooks are marked Coming soon.
Connect a social account
- On the Marketing tab, find the account type, for example Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or Google Business Profile.
- Click the gear icon on its row. Manage Social Connections opens.
- Click Connect account and sign in to that network.
- Back in Manage Social Connections, your account appears under Connected Accounts. Click Test to check it.
Check it worked
- The row shows Connected, or a count of connected accounts.
- For social accounts, Test succeeds and the capability tiles (like Publishing) say Ready.
If something's off
- You can't find a service: check the other tabs. If it's not on any tab, Flourivate doesn't connect to it yet.
- There's no Connect button: it's marked Coming soon or Under evaluation.
- A social account says Setup required or Reconnect: open Manage Social Connections and click Reconnect, then sign in again as the account owner.
- Zoom: Zoom isn't offered yet, so use Custom Location with your meeting link. See Add a video call link to your sessions.
- You see a row about Twilio or email provider: leave these alone. Your phone and email run through Flourivate already.
- Something was connected but stopped working: reconnect it, then send us a request if it still fails. See Get help.
No AI account needed
Flourivate's AI features run on your workspace's usage credits, so there's no OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key to connect. See AI credits and billing.
