Add usage credits so email, texts, calls and AI keep running
Your workspace runs on usage credits. Here's how to check your balance, buy more, and keep sends from pausing.
Email, text messages, phone calls and AI in Flourivate each use a small amount of your workspace's usage credits. You buy credits ahead of time, and each send or call takes a little off your balance. Your Flourivate plan covers the software; credits cover what you send.
Before you start
- Time: 2 minutes.
- You need: a card for payment, and a role that includes Settings (owners and admins have it).
- Good to know: credits are non-refundable, so start with an amount you'll use in a month or two.
Check your balance
- Go to Settings and scroll to Governance & Audit.
- Click Usage Credits. Credits Available shows your balance.
- Transactions below it lists every charge and purchase, newest first.
Buy credits
- On Usage Credits, click Add Credits. Purchase Credits opens.
- Pick an amount ($25, $50, $100, $250 or $500), or type your own between $5 and $1,000.
- Click Continue to checkout and pay by card.
- Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed. Refresh the page if it hasn't yet.
How much do I need?
Start with $25. An email costs a tiny fraction of a cent and a text a couple of cents, so that goes a long way for most practices. After your first month, check Usage & Costs to see your real number.
See what's using your credits
Click the Usage & Costs tab. It shows this period's usage by service and Your Cost, and Top Charge Drivers shows what's using the most. See See who changed what, and what your usage costs.
Check it worked
- Credits Available shows your new balance.
- A Recharge line appears at the top of Transactions.
If something's off
- Emails or texts say "not sent," or a campaign says funding needs attention: check your balance. If credits ran out, sending pauses until you add more. Nothing is lost; resend once you've topped up.
- Your payment went through but the balance didn't change: wait a few minutes and refresh. If it still hasn't changed, send us a request with the date and amount.
- You'd rather not run out mid-month: send us a request and we can talk about automatic top-ups.
