Set up your review links

Last reviewed October 21, 2026

Add your Google, Facebook or other review pages, choose your main one, and get one link you can share anywhere.

Before you ask anyone for a review, tell Flourivate where your reviews live. You'll end up with one main review link for your email signature, website and business cards, and every review request will point to the right place.

Before you start

  • Time: 15 minutes.
  • Have ready: the public "write a review" link for each site. For Google, open your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews) and copy the link it gives you.

Therapists and counselors: check your code of ethics first

Many licensing boards and professional codes limit asking current or recent clients for testimonials or reviews. Check yours before you turn this on. Coaches and consultants usually have more room, but ask only people who'd be glad to help.

Step 1: Add your review sites

  1. In the sidebar, under MARKETING, click Reputation, then the Platforms tab.
  2. Scroll to Platforms and click Add Platform.
  3. Choose the Platform, give it a Display Name (what clients see, like "Google"), and paste the Review URL.
  4. Leave Enabled on. Turn on Primary for the site that matters most to you (usually Google).
  5. Click Save Platform.
  6. Repeat for any other sites, such as Facebook.

Each site shows as a row with badges such as Primary, Enabled and Manual. To change one later, use the buttons on its row: the Enabled switch, Copy link, Set Primary, the pencil (edit) and the trash can (delete).

  1. On Platforms, scroll to Main review link.
  2. Click Test. It should open your primary review site (or your feedback page, if you turn that on in Step 4).
  3. Click Copy link and add it to your email signature, your website's thank-you page or a QR code. See Create a QR code.

The main link isn't tied to one person, so clicks on it aren't linked to a contact. To know who clicked, send a review request instead. See Ask clients for reviews.

Step 3 (optional): Spread reviews across sites

If you'd like reviews on more than one site, use Review rotation under Main review link.

  1. Turn on Enable rotation.
  2. Pick a mode:

    Mode How it works
Round-robin Takes turns in the order you set
Weighted Sends a percentage to each site. A weight of 0 leaves a site out.
Smart Picks whichever site was used longest ago, so it balances itself
  3. Under Platform configuration, order the sites with the arrows and click Save order.

When rotation is off, everything goes to your primary site.

Step 4 (optional): Capture private feedback

On Platforms, scroll to Gating. With Review Gating and Capture Private Feedback on, clients rate their experience first, and lower ratings can leave you a private note. Set Minimum Rating for Public Reviews, and turn on Escalation for Negative Feedback with your email to hear about it straight away.

Everyone can still post publicly

Flourivate always gives Google reviewers a direct path to the public review page, whatever rating they choose. Google doesn't allow hiding the review option from unhappy customers, so private feedback is a chance to listen, not a filter.

Check it worked

  • Test on the main review link opens the site you expect, in a private browser window.
  • The Enabled platforms count matches the sites you turned on.

If something's off

  • The main link opens the wrong site. If Enable rotation is on, the link rotates. Turn it off to always use your primary.
  • A site is never used. Check its Enabled switch. With Weighted rotation, check its weight isn't 0.
  • Clients land on a rating page first. That's Review Gating. Turn it off if you'd rather send them straight to the review site.
  • Google says Disconnected on the Overview tab. That's fine. Review requests use the link you saved on Platforms.
  • You expected to see your reviews here. Reputation doesn't show posted reviews yet. Check your Google or Facebook page directly.
