See how your campaigns performed

Last reviewed October 21, 2026

Read opens, clicks and failures for each campaign, and compare campaigns side by side.

After a campaign goes out, Flourivate shows how many people got it, opened it and clicked. Use it to see what your clients respond to, and to spot sending problems early.

Before you start

  • Time: 5 minutes.
  • You need: at least one sent campaign. Drafts have no results.

See one campaign's results

  1. Go to Campaigns > All Campaigns.
  2. Find the campaign. Use the Email or SMS filter, or Search campaigns....
  3. Click ⋮ on its card and choose View Report.

Pick View Report, not its neighbors

The same menu has Edit, Duplicate, Preview and Delete. Clicking the campaign's name opens the editor, not the report.

The report shows five numbers for that campaign, then a one-row table with the same figures:

Number What it tells you
Total Sent How many went out. A line underneath shows failures, like "10 failed of 842 audience".
Total Opens How many times it was opened
Total Clicks How many clicks on links
Avg Open Rate Opens as a share of those sent
Avg Click Rate Clicks as a share of those sent

For text campaigns, the card on All Campaigns shows Recipients, Delivered and Failed.

Compare campaigns

  1. On Campaigns, click the Analytics tab.
  2. Read the totals at the top, then scroll to Campaign Performance. Each sent campaign has a row with Campaign, Sent, Opens, Clicks, Open Rate and Click Rate.
  3. If some messages failed, Sent shows something like "832 of 842" with "10 failed" underneath.

The Analytics tab has no date range or charts. The table is your comparison.

What good looks like for a coach

  • Opens: for a small list of people who know you, a healthy open rate is often well above the averages you'll read online. Watch your own trend over time rather than a benchmark.
  • Clicks: this is the number that matters most. It means someone acted.
  • Failures: should be close to zero. A few each time means bad addresses on your list.

Open rates are approximate

Some email apps open every email automatically, which counts as an open. Treat opens as a rough signal and clicks and replies as the real one.

Check it worked

  • The report heading reads your campaign's name followed by Report, and its numbers match that campaign's row on Analytics.

If something's off

  • A campaign is missing from Campaign Performance. It hasn't sent yet. Check that it isn't still a Draft or Scheduled.
  • The cards at the top of All Campaigns show a dash and "No emails delivered yet". That's expected until your first campaign delivers. They fill in once emails go out.
  • Rates differ slightly between pages. The cards round; the table shows one decimal place.
  • Lots of failures. See Find out why an email didn't send and clean the addresses that failed.
