Track your setup on Launchpad
Use Launchpad to see which setup steps are done, jump to the ones that aren't, and hide what's finished.
Launchpad is the first page you see in your workspace. It counts your setup steps and links each one to the page where you do it. Use it alongside Your first week on Flourivate: a setup checklist, which puts the steps in the best order.
Before you start
- Time: 2 minutes to read it. The steps themselves take longer.
- Where: sidebar, under CRM, click Launchpad. It's the first item.
Steps
- Check your overall progress. At the top right you'll see a count like 18 / 23 complete. There's no score or percentage here, only the count.
- Finish Core Workspace Setup. Under Workspace Setup, six cards cover the essentials: Verify Email, Verify Phone, Workspace Info, Payment Setup, Email Setup and Phone Setup. Each shows Done when it's finished. Click View to go to the right page.
- Look at Optional Connections. Fund Wallet and AI Setup live here. Email, texts, calls and AI use your workspace's usage credits. If something stops sending, check your balance and add credits. Fund Wallet is where you add your first credits. See Add usage credits.
- Work through Build Core Assets. These are numbered groups, starting with 1 Capture leads: Create a Website, Connect Website/Funnel Domain, Create a Funnel and Create a Form. Click View steps on any card to see how.
- Use Data & Growth (Optional) when you're ready. Shortcuts to Import Contacts, Install Tracking Pixel, View Leads, View Conversations and View Analytics.
- Click Hide completed at the top to see only what's left.

What each core card means for you

Check it worked
- The count at the top goes up as you finish steps.
- Each finished card shows Done.
If something's off
- A step you finished doesn't show Done: reload the page. Some checks update after a short wait. If it still isn't ticked, open the card with View and make sure the setting saved.
- A step went back to not done: Launchpad checks live. If you delete the only website, form or connection it was counting, the step opens up again.
- You don't see Launchpad: your role may not include it. See Why a page or setting is missing.
- You want a percentage: the Dashboard has an Account Setup card that shows one. See See your practice at a glance on the Dashboard.
