Find your way around your workspace
A quick map of where things live in Flourivate, so you know where to click for each part of your practice.
Everything for your practice lives in your workspace. Your clients never see it. They see your website, your booking pages and your client portal.
The sidebar
The left sidebar is grouped by what you're doing. You'll use these most:

| Dashboard | Today at a glance: appointments, new contacts, tasks. |
| Contacts | Everyone you serve or talk to, with their history. |
| Opportunities | A simple pipeline for prospective clients (inquiry, call booked, signed). |
| Tasks | Your to-dos, linked to contacts. |
| Conversations | Email, text and chat messages in one inbox. |
| Calendar | Your hours, session types (Services), appointments and booking settings. |
| Sending setup, templates and delivery health. | |
| Forms | Intake forms, surveys, quizzes and checkouts. |
| Workflows | Automations, like reminders and follow-up emails. |
| Sites | Your website pages, funnels and blog. |
| Payments | Products, coupons, orders, subscriptions and payment settings. |
| Learning | Your client portal: courses, community, members and portal settings. |
| AI Supercenter | Website chat and phone assistants. |
| Settings | Profile, branding, domains, integrations, users. |
What you see depends on your plan and your role. If something is missing, ask us.
The top bar
- Search (or press Ctrl+K, Cmd+K on a Mac): jump to any page, contact or setting.
- Help Center (the question mark): opens Help & Support, with Ask AI, Create Ticket and View Articles. See Get help.
- Notifications (bell).
- Your profile (your initials, top right): your account, password and sign out.
Light and dark mode
At the bottom of the sidebar you can switch between light, dark and system themes. If text ever looks hard to read, try light mode.
