See your bookings and revenue
Where to find how many sessions were booked, what you've been paid, and which payments failed.
Bookings and money live in two different places in Flourivate. This page shows both, and a quick monthly routine that uses them together.
Before you start
- Time: 5 minutes.
- You need: Stripe connected, so payments are recorded. See Connect Stripe, live and test mode.
- Test payments made in test mode don't count as real revenue.
Step 1: See your revenue
- Go to Payments and click the Analytics tab.
- Set the date range at the top.
-
Read the Revenue Analytics cards:
Card Means Total Revenue Money collected through Flourivate in this range. Deal Revenue The value of deals you marked won. Checkouts Completed Purchases completed through your Flourivate checkouts. Payment Failures Cards that were declined or payments that didn't go through. -
Scroll to Revenue Trend to see Revenue and Deal Revenue over time.
- At the bottom, Subscriptions & Wallet summarizes recurring payments, and AI ROI Summary shows how much your AI helpers ran.
Sync All at the top of Payments pulls in the latest from your payment provider if the numbers look behind.
Step 2: See your bookings
- Go to Analytics (sidebar, under ANALYTICS) and click the Conversions tab.
- Set the date range.
- Read Bookings and Checkouts, next to Form Submissions and Leads Created.
- Scroll to Conversion Trend: Last 30 Days and hover over a day to see that day's bookings, checkouts, forms and leads.
To see who booked and when, use your calendar instead. See See, reschedule and cancel your appointments.
Step 3: Revenue for one funnel
If you sell through a funnel, open Sites > Funnels, click Edit on the funnel, and open its Sales tab. It shows that funnel's total revenue, orders and average order value.
A monthly check (10 minutes)
- Payments > Analytics, range Last month: note Total Revenue and Payment Failures.
- If there are failures, open Payments and follow up with those clients personally.
- Analytics > Conversions, same range: note Bookings.
- Compare with the month before. More bookings but flat revenue may mean more free calls and fewer paid sessions.
Check it worked
- Your numbers for a past month roughly match your Stripe dashboard for the same dates.
If something's off
- Everything shows zero: check the date range, then check Stripe is connected in live mode.
- Revenue is lower than Stripe: payments taken outside Flourivate (directly in Stripe, or through another tool) don't appear here. Click Sync All for anything recent.
- A paid booking shows on the calendar but not in revenue: see Payment went through but nothing happened.
- Bookings look different from your calendar: check the date range first. Analytics counts booking events in that range, so compare it with the same dates on your calendar.
