Read your pipeline and deals numbers

Last reviewed October 21, 2026

Use the Pipeline, Deals and CRM Activity tabs to see how many prospects you have, how many you've won, and how busy your follow-up has been.

If you track prospects as deals (for example "Discovery call booked" to "Signed"), these three tabs tell you how full your pipeline is and how much of it you're closing.

Before you start

  • Time: 5 minutes.
  • You need: deals in Opportunities, with a value on each one. A deal with no value adds nothing to Total Deal Value.
  • Where: Analytics, then the Pipeline, Deals and CRM Activity tabs.

Step 1: Pipeline

  1. Go to Analytics and click Pipeline.
  2. Read the four cards: Total Contacts, Total Deals, Total Deal Value and Win Rate.
  3. Scroll to Deal Pipeline to see your deals by stage. It says No deals in pipeline yet until you add some.

The ? on the Pipeline tab opens Pipeline Stage Management, a short explainer on how stages work. Stages themselves are changed in Opportunities, not here.

Step 2: Deals by month

  1. Click the Deals tab.
  2. Read Deals by Month: one bar for new Contacts and one for new Deals each month. Hover over a month for the numbers.

If contacts keep growing but deals don't, people are finding you but not booking a conversation. Look at your booking links and follow-up.

Step 3: CRM Activity

  1. Click CRM Activity (the second tab).
  2. Read the activity cards:

    Card Means
Contacts Created New people added in this range.
    Deals Created New deals added.
Deals Won Deals moved to won.
Deal Revenue The value of those won deals.
Conversations Conversation threads, with message count.
    Messages Received Incoming messages.
    Workflows Triggered Automations that started.
    Billing Checkouts Completed checkouts.
  3. Scroll to CRM Activity Trend: Last 30 Days to see which days were busiest.

Check it worked

  • Total Deals matches the number of deals you see in Opportunities.

If something's off

  • Total Deal Value is $0: your deals don't have values. Open each deal in Opportunities and add one.
  • Win Rate seems wrong: only deals marked won count as wins. Make sure signed clients' deals are moved to your won stage.
  • Deal Revenue differs from Payments: Deal Revenue is the value you put on won deals. Money actually collected is in Payments > Analytics. See See your bookings and revenue.
  • Everything is zero: widen the date range.
