Find everything about a client on their contact page

Last reviewed October 21, 2026

One page for each person, with their details, messages, sessions, payments, files and notes, plus AI help to catch up fast.

Before a session, the contact page is where you get your bearings: what you last talked about, what's booked, what's paid, and what you promised to send.

Before you start

  • Time: 2 minutes to learn the layout.
  • Good to know: edits here save to the client's record straight away, and anyone on your team with access to Contacts can see them.

Open a contact

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Click the arrow (chevron) menu at the end of the person's row and choose Open contact details.

Clicking the row itself opens a quick edit box, not the full page. To go back, click ← Contacts at the top.

What's on the page

On the left, the profile card: name and company, status badges, TAGS, quick-action icons, and Score, Engagement and Value. Below that are three tabs, All Fields, DND and Actions:

  • All Fields: email, phone, company, role, website, Lead Source, Birthday, Timezone, address, social profiles, Notes, CUSTOM FIELDS, their latest form submission and deals. Edit is at the bottom.
  • DND: the channels you shouldn't use to contact them. See Stop contacting someone (Do Not Contact).

In the middle, the tabs (scroll the tab bar sideways to see them all):

Tab Use it to
Conversations Read and reply to emails and texts.
Timeline See everything that happened, newest first. Filter by Messages, Emails, Calls, Appointments, Deals, Forms, Notes or Automation.
Overview A summary: appointments, open tasks, deals, invoices, last conversation and documents.
Appointments Their sessions, past and upcoming.
Tasks Follow-ups linked to this person.
Deals Where they are in your pipeline.
Documents Store signed agreements, intake PDFs or worksheets.
Payments What they've paid.
Consent Their email marketing consent and history.
Comments Private notes for you and your team.

Prepare for a session in two minutes

  1. Open the contact.
  2. At the top, under AI for This Contact, click Summarize Contact for a quick catch-up, or Suggest Next Action for what to do next.
  3. Open Overview to see what's booked, owed and open.
  4. Glance at Comments for your own notes from last time.

Draft Follow-Up writes a first draft of a follow-up message. Read and edit it before you send anything. The AI buttons may use AI credits.

Add a document

  1. Open the Documents tab.
  2. Drag the file onto the box, or click it to browse. PDFs, images, Word files and CSVs up to 50 MB.

Add a private note

Open Comments and type your note. Clients never see comments. Keep clinical or sensitive notes in the system your professional standards require.

Check it worked

  • Field changes show on the card right away.
  • New activity, like a booking or a message, appears in Timeline.

If something's off

  • You clicked a row and got a small box: that's quick edit. Use the chevron menu and Open contact details.
  • You can't find a tab: scroll the tab bar sideways.
  • Custom fields are hidden: expand CUSTOM FIELDS on the left card.

Two buttons that can't be undone

Delete Data on the Consent tab and the bin icon at the bottom of the profile card permanently remove information. Use them only when a client asks you to delete their data, and check you're on the right person first.
